     Our baker's grew up in the real old world tradition of European baking and have more than 75 years combined experience.  We are able to use  our skills in harmony with fresh natural ingredients, that combination  allows us to go beyond the taste limitations of the commercialized cake mixes that are commonly used in San Diego. So if you want to step up from the ordinary and use the savings for that romantic honeymoon dinner by the beach,we suggest you come and taste the difference, the product will speak for itself.

Owner Operated

Since we are owner operated, we are personally involved in every aspect of the business,

we do not have the high overhead costs associated middle management, this allows us to pass the savings on to you the customer. Our primary advertising tool has always been word of mouth referel .  We would appreciate an opportunity to give you a quote and show you how we can do better for less.

Have a package at a hotel?  If your hotel is not already using Edelweiss, we will be more than glad to offer  our services to match that hotel package.  The advantage to using an Edelweiss hotel package is that you get more design options available to you before the need for expensive upgrades.  Come and see for yourself and ask your catering professional to use Edelweiss.

Selection

     Since we are a full service bakery and not just a cake shop we are able to have a more diverse selection of flavors and styles , and our motto is if you don't see ask.  In most cases we are able to customize most anything.  We have  hundreds photographs and are always more than glad to incorporate  your design.

Cake Tasting's

    We take tastings between the hours of  9:00-4:30.  There is always someone available to answer any questions you may have.  We do recommend making an appointment to give you a more personalized experience.  At that tasting our courteous and friendly staff will assist you in guiding you through the process to make it simple and easy for you.

When Should I place my order? 

    We take orders at anytime, however we do recommend that you place your order as soon as you make your decision.  This enables us to secure your delivery time and plan for that day. Most customers place their orders 3-6 months ahead some as far as a year or more ahead.  We  can also acommodate that last minute cake and have taken orders for cakes  that same week or day . We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to start your order.  The final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your reception date.  We ask that the order information be complete at that time.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all of San Diego county's major hotels,

parks, military installations, residences, churches.

Delivery fees vary depending on distance, day and time.
