The Edelweiss is a flower found high in the Alps, and in spring
time, it is used as a measure of a man's love and devotion to his betrothed.

 

It is well known in these parts the most beautiful plants  grow in high altitudes.  It is only with an effort

"above average" that a maiden is ensured that she has the best the mountain has to offer.

 

It is with that extra effort we wish to be associated, and we are more than glad to try harder to please you.

 

Through the years our European bakers have captured the true tradition of European baking by perfecting our recipes with high quality natural ingredients and an extreme love for old world baking.  Regardless of your choice, the Edelweiss bakers will capture both your heart and your taste buds.

We have been providing San Diego's finest hotels, restaurants,military bases and caterers

with cakes and desserts for well over two decades.We have also supplied local delicatessens,

coffee shops and even the large club stores.

 

Throughout those years our desserts have been served to heads of state, Hollywood

celebrities and well known political figures, however  no-one is more important than 

our everyday customer that walks through our door, for they have always sustained
